CLYDE at Glasgow Parkrun (updated 10th Dec)

In the last couple of years a growing number of members of CLYDE have taken part in the Glasgow parkrun, a free timed 5K held at 9.30 am every Saturday morning in Pollok Park, and so it seemed a good idea to update the list of the best times by all the members of the club who have taken part.
