News from Park World Tour at Scone and Perth
Several Clyde members competed in the international Park World Tour sprint races last weekend. Qualification races were held in the grounds of Scone Palace with the final race taking place in Perth town centre. Highlight for Clyde was an excellent 23rd place for Jessica Orr in the womens’ elite final. There were several surprises in other Clyde results, with juniors Robert, Thomas and Emma outfoxing some experienced adults amidst the shrubbery of Scone and the Perth shopping streets. See http://www.scottish-orienteering.org/pwt2010/ for more about the event and read more for Clyde results.
