14 Clydesiders enjoyed glorious sunshine on Saturday at Haverthwaite Heights in the Lake District, for the British Middle Distance championships.  Hollie Orr took an excellent bronze in the W21 Elite race, with Alice Wilson 2nd and Christine Patterson 4th in their classes.
