Results from Jan Kjellström (JK) festival in Devon - Day 1 Sprint Races
The annual four-day JK festival is named after Jan Kjellström, a Swedish orienteer who was instrumental in developing orienteering in Britain in the 1960s. This year’s event took place in Devon, with several Clyde members travelling to compete. The first day involved individual sprint races at Bicton College near Exeter, requiring quick thinking around the stately house and surrounding parkland. Highlight for Clyde was a 3rd place for Emma Wilson, and there were also top 10 finishes in their classes for Donald Petrie, Alastair Dunlop, Alice Wilson, Jessica Orr and Hollie Orr.
