New for 2012 Fitness Training PLUS Technique work

We will be covering Pacing/Compass Sport Trophy Prep Discussion
Everyone Welcome
Tuesday evening sessions consist of a physical training activity suitable for all levels of fitness. We meet to run at 7pm and exercise for around 50 mins. After the run supper is provided and there is time to chat. Please contact the named person for address details and to confirm that you will be attending in order to make catering easier.
Owing to the increasing popularity of these evenings we are introducing a charge of £2 per adult to help with the cost of food. Juniors are free
NEW FOR 2012: In addition to the usual fitness training, we will work on an aspect of orienteering technique as outlined below.
The session may be practical or discussion based.
