Limited colour coded courses from Yellow to Blue, and Black planned to middle distance specifications.
Please note that due to the nature of the terrain there is no white course for this event and there will be some taping on the yellow course which goes through some fairly rough terrain. You may wish to consider shadowing depending on experience/confidence in this terrain. Entry fees will be lower for Yellow, Orange and light green courses.
Collie Nathais is a mix of undulating open oak and birch wood with some open moorland and some thicker birchy areas. Start/Finish will be in the rough grazing area to the north of the map.Generally very runnable this time of year.

Terrain description
Classic Scottish West Coast Area. An area consisting mainly of natural woodland with some open moorland and a little cropped grazing. There is a wealth of contour detail on all scales and a fair scattering of rock detail. There are few line features making this a true test of orienteering ability in magnificent surroundings.
