Race report
Clyde followed up with the second of our joint series with STAG at Lennox Park, Milngavie. To get some experience of Urban orienteering, the training courses aimed to catch you out with as many of the tricks of Urban orienteering as possible.

No official parking, work it out for yourself!
There are no toilets on site but Tesco and Milngavie Railway station are both ~500m to the North have parking and toilets.
There will be separate introductory/coaching sessions for beginners and experienced runners, both at 18:45.
The terrain is mainly urban, so normal trainers and running/walking kit will be fine (although they might get slightly muddy).
There is no long course as the area is relatively small. I recommend that keen runners do the course a second time to test out how well different route choices work for them (No charge for a second run!). A target time for the medium course is 17 minutes.

Milngavie Town Centre ISSOM
An interestingly varied sprint area including parkland, complicated housing estates, woodland, bridges and underpasses, railways and supermarkets. A great test of varying pace and skills.
