The first Clyde Tuesday evening club night took place successfully on 26th January with eight members taking part in the training from the Macphersons’ in Newton Mearns.

After a good warm up run somewhere in Newton Mearns, we did a hill session of 6 efforts with Kenny and Robert leading the way. The session was organised so that everyone could work at their own pace without being left behind. The warm down run took us through other parts of Newton Mearns, through woods and over playing fields until the Club Chair was thorougly confused. When we arrived back Claire had pizza and salad waiting which went down well as we discussed orienteering plans for the summer and designs for a new club banner. The next session in Tuesday 9th Feb from Christine’s in Shawlands. See you there!
