The courses are in an urban area, so please watch out for members of the public, dogs, bikes, and especially cars. The Long and Medium courses each have one pedestrian crossing, which you must cross safely. If you tell the organiser how much time you lost at the crossing (within reason), it will be subtracted off your time. Note that U16s are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult willing to take responsibility unless exempt. A comprehensive risk assessment has been carried out by the organisers, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
