CLYDE at JK 2024

Although our numbers were reduced by illness, there were some strong CLYDE performances at JK 2024 held in the Midlands over the Easter weekend.

This year competitors experienced a variety of challenges, from complex urban terrain at Loughborough University for the Sprint and muddy slopes at Cannock Chase for the Individual to fast technical moorland at Stanton Moor for the relay. The best CLYDE result was probably Emma Wilson's excellent 6th place in the W21E Middle Distance race, but disappointingly this race was voided due to a misplaced control. Apart from this, Steve Wilson won M55S overall and Alice Wilson (running for EUOC) was second overall on W21L. Full results can be found here.
