The Jan Kjellstrom International Festival of Orienteering ("The JK") is the premier annual orienteering event in Britain, and CLYDE was well represented at this year's competition held in the Lake District over the Easter Weekend. There were several excellent results, but the highlights were Donald Petrie's win in M65L, and a very impressive 3rd place in M60L by Robin Orr.

Other notable results included top twenty results by Thomas Wilson (14th on M21E), Robin Orr (10th on M60), Donald Petrie (14th on M65), and Amelia Petrie (12th on W65) in the Sprint Race held at Lancaster University, and by Steve Wilson (16th on M55L), Emma Wilson (16th on W21E), Liz Orr (4th on W60S), and Amelia Petrie (7th on W65L) overall. In the Relays, CLYDE Destroyers (containing junior Al McCartney and woman Emma Wilson) were an impressive 23rd out of 50 on the JK Trophy, while CLYDE Battleships and CLYDE Cruisers (the latter containing two women) were 8th and 38th out of 47 on the Veteran Men's Relay.
