CLYDE may be relatively small, but we're officially in the top 5 most successful orienteering clubs in the United Kingdom!

The most recent issue of Britain's national orienteering magazine, Compass Sport, contains the latest version of their annual ranking of clubs based on the performance of its members in the British Orienteering national ranking lists, and this year CLYDE has risen 13 places to a best-ever ranking of 5th out of 81 clubs! The top of the ranking is dominated by Scottish clubs (with EUOC, INT, FVO and RR ahead of us and MAROC, BASOC and GRAMP not far behind).

Our top individual performers were Donald Petrie (up from 85th last year to 34th, one place behind WOC athlete Grace Molloy) and Dave Robertson (up from 66th last year to 60th). Well done to all on a highly successful year in the national rankings!
